Overview

Our client, a highly influential industry association, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide full administration support to the office of the CEO. The hiring company represents the interests of numerous member companies within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Their mission is to foster a conducive environment for sustainable growth and competitiveness, facilitating dialogue between industry players and government bodies. They are dedicated to addressing key issues such as consumer protection, regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices within the industry.


Support To The CEO

  1. Provide full administrative support to the office of the CEO
  2. Schedule and record minutes of all management meetings
  3. Follow up on action items as per minutes
  4. Effective diary management – co-ordination of meetings, screening of calls, boardroom arrangements and managing the office in the absence of the CEO
  5. Assist CEO to manage output, workflow and office deadlines
  6. Stakeholder Management – internal and external
  7. Co-ordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, in-house events
  8. Act as the point of contact to members and stakeholders
  9. Monitor requests and identify urgent matters and escalate accordingly
  10. CEO's correspondence: manage incoming mail and redirect accordingly
  11. Communication with member organisations/Government Departments/stakeholders
  12. Prepare presentations and conduct research as directed by CEO
  13. Typing, proofreading and assisting with file organisation
