- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Suite knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High level of technological know-how

- Able to work with little or no supervision
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Drafting of emails and communication to all staff
- Travel Management
- Executive travel arrangements including visa applications, flight and accommodation bookings, transfers and travel itineraries
- Diary Management
- Manage the executives calendars, setting up meetings both internally and externally, and complex diary management through effective prioritization
- Office Management
- Oversee the performance of clerical staff (office manager and office cleaner)
- Oversee the office manager and general day-to-day office requirements
- Manage the office budget and oversee all finances related to gifting, stationary, office supplies and groceries
- Event Planning and Execution
- Coordinate events and company functions
- Compile the monthly team update presentation
- HR Support
- Compile, consolidate and distribute the company newsletter
- Work closely with HR to develop the yearly calendar for company wellness programs and culture focused initiatives
- Project management and implementation of the company Employee Value Proposition
