Assist with the preparation of various board and board sub-committee meeting papers.
Attend meetings; to note and follow up on key actions required from the office of the Managing Director.
Develop the required best practice, systems and procedures for the Managing Director’s office to ensure achievement of business goals.
Research, source, collate and provide information to the Managing Director to aid decision making.
Professional interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, comprising of staff, management, clients, Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board.
Establish and maintain effective internal communication processes that ensure the flow of relevant information.
Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the Managing Director, Executive Management team members and Board of Directors.
Diary management of the Managing Director.
Arrange meetings and conferences.
Filter information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Managing Director by redirecting to the appropriate contacts.
Conduct research on a variety of topics.
Perform general administration duties to support the office of the Managing Director which includes management of the Managing Director’s cost centre.
Ensure the Managing Director is well-prepared for all meetings, presentations and events by providing research, background information and key talking points.
