We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our dynamic MedTech organization in Midrand, Gauteng. This 12-month contract role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This will be a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days home. Start date 1 May
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Serve as a critical communication hub for internal and external interactions
Oversee office operations, including reception, meeting rooms, and event coordination
Maintain meticulous records and organizational systems
Administer purchase orders and manage supplier relationships
Handle corporate credit card and insurance administration
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant
Business administration diploma or degree preferred
Exceptional communication abilities
Absolute commitment to confidentiality
Extraordinary organizational and planning skills
Ability to work collaboratively across different functions
Demonstrates grace under pressure
