What is the job:
Rohloff Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a PA to the Finance Executive. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Finance Executive and the Reporting departments. This includes managing diaries, compiling financial reports, managing annual planning calendars, and coordinating events and presentations with different departments and stakeholders. What will be expected of you?
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
- Manage diaries for the Finance Executive and other members of the Reporting departments, ensuring effective time management and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Compile financial reports for review by the Finance Executive and Reporting departments.
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Manage annual planning calendars and ensure timely delivery of milestones and reporting progress to the Finance Executive and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes. Coordinate events and presentations with different departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Executive.
Are you qualified?
- Diploma or Advance Certificates
Did you do this before?
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a PA or similar role

- Independent and team player
- Driver's license and own vehicle
