Accountable for the Brand custodianship and application within the Organization.
Overall accountability for the Organization's Public Relations function (internal and external) in collaboration with Group Corporate Communications.
Position, implement, and manage the Organization's Marketing and Communications portfolio.
Enhance the Organization's brand with effective use of Through the Line campaigns.
Develop the Marketing strategy and business plan working with other cross-functional teams.
Provide direction for the evolution and integration of the Marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Organization's teams and Corporate Function.
Develop and manage the Organization's Marketing budget inclusive of Branding, Event Management, and Public Relations activities.
Formulate the Communications & Promotions strategy, priorities, and implementation plans.
Oversee the delivery of Organization-related Communications & Promotions.
Define supplier scope of work or scope of services and guide the procurement process to ensure the right mix of suppliers fit for the Organization's needs.
Monitor the effectiveness of Communications & Promotions activities and adapt accordingly.
Formulate Events and Sponsorships strategy priorities and implementation plans.
Education
NQF 7: 3-year Degree
Experience
8 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years at a senior management level.
Qualifications and Experience
A post-graduate qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
A post-graduate business/leadership Degree/Diploma is desirable.
Experience in a marketing environment.
