The role of the Executive Head: HR Business Partner is to provide end-to-end HR support to the business unit, provide strategic and operational guidance and support to management teams, lead all business unit initiatives to drive positive employee engagement, support business unit in building a sustaining high-performance culture, and challenge and drive performance across the business areas through exemplary people & organisational practices.
Facilitate delivery of the Vodacom functional people plans in support of Vodacom's strategic objectives.
In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Human Resources concepts and principles. Competence in all areas of the Human Resources value chain and broad discipline. The requirement for broader knowledge and competence in supporting allocated business areas across all aspects of HR. The role needs to balance the needs of business lines with that of HR and ensure alignment with parent company.
