An established and innovative real estate and infrastructure company with a global client base is seeking an Executive Business Partnerto join their team on-site inDurban.
As the Executive Business Partner, you will support the Founder and CEO and work closely with the Investment Committee and EXCO members. The ideal candidate is someone who is skilled in communications (internal and external), partnerships, and outreach as well as has experience in working with Senior Management to coordinate strategic business development activities.
The role suits an ambitious individual with experience supporting C-level Executives, preferably in a real estate and infrastructure company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and travel logistics and serve as gatekeeper, ensuring schedule adherence and access.
Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO with key stakeholders.
Research, prioritize, and address issues or concerns directed to the CEO, ensuring appropriate responses.
Facilitate communication between CEO, senior management, and internal departments.
Keep the CEO informed of key issues and commitments.
Handle special projects and manage critical relationships.
Draft essential communications and prioritize tasks under deadlines.
Act as liaison to the Investment Committee, ensuring discretion and compliance.
Support executive meetings, scheduling, and agenda coordination.
Maintain executive bios, draft stakeholder communications, and manage special projects.
Support business development and relationship management initiatives.
Other ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
CA (SA)qualification with a minimum Honours Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
+5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives
Experience in a logistics, real estate and/or infrastructure company will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
