Job description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior executives
- 2-3 Years Experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting executive managements
- Familiar with Managing Directors office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings and travel schedules
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
