Responsibilities:

1. Initiate dialogue to build professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate, and present at all levels.
2. Lead and facilitate difficult conflict situations into consensual agreements.
3. Integrate opinions and information provided by various sources to make strategic decisions.
4. Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences.
5. Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders to achieve productivity synergies.
6. Continually scan the industry to identify opportunities to create strategic partnerships with key individuals and bodies.
7. Identify interconnected problems, determine their impact, and use this to develop best-fit alternatives, driving best practice solutions.
8. Influence the development of appropriate organisational structures, capacity, and delivery systems.
9. Identify development needs and select effective solutions to address personal development gaps to facilitate self-improvement.
10. Brainstorm, identify, implement, and drive innovative best practice ideas within the organisation to ensure increased efficiencies.
11. Drive strategic projects and ensure change management is implemented effectively.
12. Improve efficiencies to reduce operational risks and cost to serve.
13. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and that the team is competent and updated on compliance risk and process training.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Have a STEM Qualification.
2. Solid financial markets experience is key.
3. Experience in strategy, new product capability, sales, and client service.
