Events Co-ordinator

This exciting opportunity is available in our Communications and Events Department at Santam Alice Lane office in Sandton. We require the skills of an individual who has a passion for events management and managing sponsorship activation on a national and regional level.

Responsibilities:

• Complete coordination and management of all events
• Post event feedback surveys
• Budget management for the event
• Brand awareness and visibility
• Taking briefs from internal clients & stakeholders
• Liaising with various suppliers - venues, technical, gifting, caterers, décor etc.
• Briefing the Design Hub on all creative elements for events – invitations, menus, nametags

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric
• Diploma in Events / PR / Marketing / Communications
• 5-8 years of experience

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transport
• Able to work extended hours and over weekends for event management
