Position: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Location: Kempton Park
Salary: R35,000 Cost To Company

An established construction company in Kempton Park seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and conducting site measurements.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying/estimating
2. Proficiency in cost management and project budgeting
3. Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for all quoted projects.
2. Gather and analyze proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
3. Perform design calculations using Prokon and internal design load span tables.
4. Accurately read and understand structural and architectural drawings.

Additional Requirements:

1. Grade 12 certificate.
2. Strong ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.
3. Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
