Job Title: Estimator

Location: SA - Gauteng, Germiston

Salary: R390 - R585K per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

Minimum Requirements:

1. National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
2. 5 to 8 years of site and estimating experience
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Able to analyse information and problem-solving skills
5. Able to make decisions
6. Must be able to work under pressure and independently
7. Strong analytical and mathematical skills
8. Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Attention to detail and accuracy
11. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
12. Must have a valid driver’s license
