Erp And Hris Systems Specialist

The ERP and HRIS System Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to optimize business processes and enhance system functionality.

This role involves technical support, system configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs.

The ERP and HRIS System Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and human resources, to align ERP processes with business objectives.

The ERP and HRIS platforms include Sage X3, Sage People, and Spreadsheet Server.

Responsibilities:

1. Support to end users of ERP and HRIS platforms
2. System Configuration, Maintenance, and Customization
3. Creation and maintenance of process and training material used in Systems Department
4. User Access and Security
5. ERP system uptime and availability
6. Process Improvement and Automation
7. Incident and Query Resolution

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or Professional Certifications.
2. Certification in ERP systems, specifically Sage X3 or Sage People, is highly advantageous.
3. Relevant IT certifications that demonstrate a solid understanding of systems administration, process management, or troubleshooting.
4. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (especially Sage X3, Sage People, and Spreadsheet Server) is advantageous.
5. Basic SQL and database management skills to run queries, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues.
6. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.

Work Experience:

1. 2–3 years of experience working with ERP systems in a support, administrative, or implementation role.
2. Experience in HRIS platforms or HR-related ERP modules is a plus.
3. Demonstrated experience with system configuration, customization, and end-user support.
4. Background in project management principles and experience supporting ERP or HRIS implementations, upgrades, or process optimizations.
