Four year degree in related subject or six years Supervisory experience in the ESH related field.

Able to use reason and logic, ability to plan, direct and control an entire activity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-Point as well as the ability to learn other customized software applications.
Demonstrated ability to respect and adhere to strict deadlines.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Certifications such as SHEP, CSHO, COSS, or equivalent.
Capable of professionally delivering various types of training presentations for:
Company New Hire Orientations
Customer site specific requests
All ESH Policies i.e. IIPP, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Scaffolding, etc.
CPR/FA
OSHA 10 Hour Course
OSHA 30 Hour Course
All Company Safety Conference Topics
Conduct Company Field Group Meetings.
ESH Program topics for Managers, Supervisors, and Field Employees.
Teach additional technical levels of training as required.
Knowledgeable in personal protective equipment requirements, including the following, but not limited to: Hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe shoes, safety harness, leather gloves, chemical resistant gloves, respirator, ear plugs and goggles.
Knowledgeable of key safety programs to include: Fall Protection, Confined Space, Respiratory Protection, Scaffolding, Abrasive Blasting, Lead Abatement, Spray Applications, Aerial Lifts, and HazCom.
