Job Summary

To market and sell Financial Solutions (products, technology, and services) to increase sales across all retail channels and other potential markets. To identify and attract new business and retain the existing customer base.

Job Description

1. Sales Target: Proactively make self-initiated contact with customers to deliver against the required sales targets.
2. Collaboration: Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practices, and providing constructive feedback as required.
3. Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
4. Customer Experience: Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
