Job Description: Retail Sales Executives

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Bellville Cape Town, South Africa. As an entry-level position, this is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our products to customers
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and features
5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
6. Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times
7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets
8. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
6. Sales experience is a plus but not required
