We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Entry-Level Retail Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and offer assistance as they enter the store.
2. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
3. Provide detailed information about products and services.
4. Handle sales transactions efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
6. Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
8. Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
9. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
10. Assist in setting up promotional displays and in-store events.
11. Follow all safety and security procedures.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
