Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our talent acquisition team. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your administrative skills while working in the exciting world of hospitality recruitment, focusing on sourcing Private Chefs for high-end clients.

Location: Based in the Deep South/Southern Peninsula area (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain candidate records using ATS or CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, assist with candidate communications, and support the vetting process.
  • Database Management: Keep candidate databases up-to-date and prepare profiles for client review.
  • Document Control: Handle reference checks, gather documentation, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Relationship Support: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within hospitality or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Based in or around the Deep South/Southern Peninsula area (preferred).
