End-to-End Mining Program Architect – Be the Tech Maestro of the Mining Revolution!

What You'll Be Rocking Daily:

1. Lead the charge as the Mining Program Architect, ensuring all technical solutions align with the big-picture strategy and are adopted across application projects.
2. Ensure all technical solutions align with the program's goals and strategy and are adopted by governance forums across application projects.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across areas.
4. Support teams across requirements, solution architecture, integration architecture, and procurement.
5. Deep understanding of mining application stacks to identify gaps and promote reuse of existing client's assets.
6. Assume cross-domain expertise in bringing together the target with all the moving parts.
7. Guide and assist architects in architectural documentation, modeling including use of tools and practices.
8. Guide execution of projects in the design process to maintain alignment to standards.

1. Deep understanding of mining processes, systems, and tools.
2. Technical advisory.
3. Strong data-driven consulting with a focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
4. Ability to work in both waterfall and agile delivery models.
5. Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.
6. Commercial acumen in terms of aligning and articulating the cost of EA and IT work with its business and IT value and maintaining the cost vs value balance throughout delivery.
7. Experience and understanding of core Enterprise Architecture subject matter.
8. Experience in Enterprise Architecture advisory and/or implementation.
9. Proactively acquired business knowledge beyond a technical role.
10. Ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives to communicate complex ideas and drive engagement.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12. Deep mining end-to-end expertise across the value chain (and application stacks).

Your Ticket to Enter:

1. Degree (or Honours) in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or a global tech services role.
3. TOGAF 9 or 10.
4. ArchiMate v3.2.
5. OrbusInfinity.
