Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary | MICU Section B

Life Cosmos Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary for the MICU Section B. This position reports to Unit Manager, Tretia Mlilo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of uncompromising quality care in line with company strategic objectives and applicable Health/Nursing legislation.

Critical Outputs

• Conduct basic duties as allocated.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients according to Scope of Practice.
• Maintain sound professional relationships with all patients, doctors, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Infection Control Policies.
• Attend and participate in Q programs and ensure induction training is carried out.
• Understand and comply with the company infection control standards to adhere to PPE standards and procedures.
• Adhere to safety measures.

Requirements

• Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including ICU experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Resilience and stress tolerance.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Willing to work flexi hours.
