A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary – Emergency Unit, reporting to the Unit Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of uncompromising quality care in line with Company strategic objectives and applicable Health/Nursing legislation.

Critical Outputs

• Conduct basic duties as allocated.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients according to Scope of Practice.
• Maintain sound professional relationships with all patients, doctors, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Infection Control Policies.
• Attend and participate in Q programs and ensure induction training is carried out.
• Perform, understand, and comply with the company infection control standards in order to adhere to PPE standards and procedures.
• Adhere to safety measures.

Requirements

• Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Unit environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Resilience and stress tolerance.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
