Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Patient Access (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Access team to connect prospective patients with appropriate therapy or medication management
• Guide engineers in building product experiences and technologies, including redesigning therapist matching flows
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional partners to manage the core patient funnel and conversion metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including 6+ years as an individual contributor and 2+ years in management
• Experience managing an engineering team with 7+ direct reports
• Proven track record of managing projects with fixed deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Solid understanding of modern engineering principles, tools, and processes
