Key ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTION- Team Leadership - Manage resources through providing guidance, mentorship, and support to aid team members in meeting project and operational commitments, galvanizing the existing team into a high-functioning development team.
- Strategic Direction - Drive the evolution of the OneX strategy in alignment with TFG board objectives.
- Includes extension of existing platform and technology stack and integration into Omni point of sale.
- Planning - Participate in the business requirements and specifications review with the designated product manager and provide feedback. Identify and liaise with all business stakeholders.
- Ensure that delivery commitments are met from a timing and functionality perspective.
- Technical Development - Serve as the technical resource on complicated projects, providing guidance to other team members and the necessary documentation that can be followed to implement the project.
- Provide continuous technical input to the development team to maintain development standards.
- Mentor junior engineers or put mentorship in place between senior and junior developers. Ensure comprehensive code reviews.
- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships as it pertains to technology roadmap, commercial alignment, project deliverables, security, and operational stability.
- Financial Management – Responsible for the full budget lifecycle from quarterly estimation to monthly actual processing and variance analysis.
Qualifications And Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Proven experience in software development (.Net, C#) and technical leadership roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with hands-on experience in backend and frontend development.
Skills- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus around product priorities and trade-offs.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate complex concepts and stakeholders' meetings.
