Job Title: Labour Law Attorney Associate

Location: Durban (Full-Time, Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on labour law matters
• Represent clients in CCMA hearings, Labour Court proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and case briefs.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure clients receive the highest quality representation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to drive successful case outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Admitted attorney with a focus in labour/employment law.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in labour law, including representation in CCMA and/or Labour Court.
