What You’ll Do

  1. Engage with Customers: Provide excellent support through email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  2. Understand Client Needs: Build strong relationships by personalizing your approach to each interaction.
  3. Troubleshoot with Precision: Diagnose and resolve client issues while ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate: Work closely with team members to share insights and develop innovative customer support strategies.
  5. Improve Processes: Gather feedback to refine our services and identify areas for growth.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a similar role.
  2. Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities that convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  3. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred) and proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  4. Composure: Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
  5. Industry Insight: Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Your Tools & Setup

  1. A personal PC or laptop (minimum i5 processor or equivalent).
  2. A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
