JOB Title: Electronic Engineer
Location - Milnerton
Salary - R20,000 – R40,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Job Description
Our client, is a software and hardware design company serving various industries across multiple African countries since 2006. They emphasize creating unique, cutting-edge products rather than focusing on high-volume business with standard offerings.
A key focus of the company is integrating the software world with the real world, including IoT and machinery integration.
They are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer/Technician with expertise in electronic circuit design and firmware development.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- BSc Electronic Engineering degree or Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
- Proven track record in developing microcontroller systems.
- At least 3 TO 4 years of experience in the field.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Valid driver’s license and passport (some travel may be required)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the electronic department.
- Design and enhance electronic circuits.
- Perform fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Occasionally liaise with customers and provide demonstrations.
- Maintain stock control and order parts as required.
- Perform additional tasks at management’s discretion.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong customer and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Thorough knowledge of electronic circuit design and firmware development.
- Prior experience with Silabs MPU’s and Simplicity Studio is advantageous.
- In-depth experience with Keil C or similar firmware development languages and some knowledge of Assembler.
- Experience in Visual Studio and .Net development will be highly valued.
- Willingness and ability to learn the company’s suite of software and electronic products (training provided).
