Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in oil and gas project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases, as well as professional certifications such as PMP and FE.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems in oil and gas projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Participate in all EPC project phases, from conceptual design to commissioning.
Perform electrical load calculations, system design, and power distribution analysis.
Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and validation of electrical systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and process engineers.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of electrical infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Engineer.
Industry Experience: Oil and gas project management, with exposure to EPC phases.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) preferred.
