We are looking for a Static Electrical Engineer to join a commercial contract for a major FM provider in London. This is a static position in London working on an Office Building.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer

• Electrical and building maintenance works including:
• PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems.
• Lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.
• Additionally, performing minor installation work and engaging with stakeholders to provide fault diagnostics where necessary.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer

• 18th Edition
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
