Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Cost & Management Accountant to be based in Coega IDZ
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and control costs across various departments, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies and pricing models
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual results
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare detailed reports on cost structures, profit margins, and financial performance
• Manage and oversee inventory costing, including stock valuation and stock movement analysis.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
• Provide recommendations for inventory management improvements, with an emphasis on cost control and optimization.

Requirements
• Grade 12
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in cost and management accounting,
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
