Your key responsibilities
As a Talent Associate, you will be required to provide support to the Talent Managers/Team within the Assurance Service Line. You will be part of the talent team supporting the Talent Managers/Team on various talent deliverables including, the employee life cycle, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations. Your key responsibility will be to ensure a successful delivery of HR services to our people.
