Hybrid – 2 days on site 3 days remote, will be more on site at the beginning of the project

Essential:

• Demonstrated 5 years’ experience delivering global medium to large & complex projects on time, within budget & to the required specifications.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodology & working with Agile product teams.
• Significant experience building & leading diverse, high performing project teams.
• Experience managing SAP S4/Hana technology-based projects.
• Project methodology certifications (e.g. Prince2, PMBOK).

ROLE SUMMARY

To be successful, my client needs to establish its global operations requiring an integrated operating model & systems to ensure consistency. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations, the program seeks to harmonise my client’s systems & processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an SAP S4/Hana environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance & warehousing functions. To this end, a skilled Global S4/Hana Technical Project Manager is required to support the delivery of a complex S4/Hana migration project.

Global SAP S4/Hana Technical Project Manager Responsibilities

• Project manage the execution of the technical work, including project planning, tracking, & oversight to ensure project(s) are completed within schedule.
• Manage assigned project resources to ensure successful completion of the project & product requirements in line with schedule & budget.
• Control project design decisions & planning activities associated with the program.
• Work with the project team & resource managers to define, source & manage necessary project resources.
• Manage project schedules to ensure that necessary modules & development activities are completed according to the project plan.
• Effectively control & manage the issues, risks, dependencies & project changes associated with the technical design, build & implementation.
• Manage the vendor to ensure deliverables are met & are at the required quality.
• Manage stakeholders & their expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.
