Quality Control Lab Analyst, Winelands

Our client in the lovely Western Cape winelands is seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Quality Control Lab Analyst to join their growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all aspects of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality control tests on wines, juices, and packaging materials.
2. Perform routine chemical analyses and conduct experimental work.
3. Improve and maintain quality systems and procedures.
4. Manage sample administration and record results accurately.
5. Troubleshoot production line issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Grade 12, with a tertiary qualification in Food Technology or a related field preferred.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English).
5. Willingness to work overtime when required.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable own transport.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
