MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and be responsible for month-end accounting postings and preparations of journals across the group
2. Full ownership of the monthly Contractor pay and bill process
3. Ownership of the inter-company account reconciliations and revenue reporting
4. Balance Sheet reconciliations
5. Preparation of the monthly Management Accounts
6. Responsible for the Quarterly VAT return submission
7. Ownership of the monthly payroll process and commissions calculations
8. Preparation of the monthly payment runs, including payroll
9. Year-end support for preparation of the Financial Statements

1. To demonstrate previous experience of having full ownership for the business's management accounts
2. To be part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
3. Strong Excel Skills
4. Experience in a Recruitment Company essential
5. Previous experience working for a group of companies would be seen as an advantage.
6. Demonstrate strong organisational and analytical skills
7. A team player
8. A self-motivated individual with the attitude to get the job done
