About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a civil or mechanical engineering background to lead and oversee construction projects in Dammam and Ras Tanura. If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience and Saudi Aramco approval, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Saudi Aramco’s strict standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations are strictly followed.
• Report on project status, risks, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Saudi Aramco Approval is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and project execution guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Dammam / Ras Tanura is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
