Job title: Logistics Team Leader

Key Performance Areas:

1. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
2. Responsible for material handling equipment in Area of Responsibility
3. Responsible for cycle counts and accurate stock records in SAP system
4. Ensure proper Housekeeping in areas of responsibility
5. Responsible for adherence to HSE regulations
6. Assist in Stock taking
7. Timely reporting of KPI’s
8. Timely recording of SAP Bookings
9. Supervise sub-ordinates
10. Effective shop floor planning
11. Co-ordinate despatch and receiving

Minimum Requirements:

1. NQF Level 4
2. Certificate for warehousing, stock keeping and material handling
3. Minimum 5 years warehousing experience within the automotive manufacturing environment.
