BEEF AND PECAN NUT FARM MANAGER – FM1930

Cradock Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a mature person to join the team as a Beef and Pecan Nut Farm Manager.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
2. 5 years’ experience in beef farm management
3. Computer literate
4. Strong stockmanship
5. Previous pecan nut farm experience advantageous
6. Experience with irrigation systems – sprayers
7. Ability to motivate and work with staff
8. Must be honest, hardworking and have ownership mentality
9. Strong leadership and communication skills
10. Must be maintenance orientated
11. Valid driver's license
