Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Assisting in managing all aspects of a store
  2. Maximizing turnover and profit
  3. Minimising shrinkage by monitoring stock related risks
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing customer experience strategy
  5. Lead talent selection, training, coaching, retention and recognition initiatives for all team members
  6. Innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales
  7. Implement all company policies and procedures
  8. Maintaining health & safety practices
  9. Optimize team through creating an inspiring environment
  10. Align team members to company culture and create a fun atmosphere

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3 years of management retail experience

  5. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
