We are a customer-focused global employment services partner that can help companies grow their teams in more than 155 countries and territories around the world. How do we do that? Well, through our SaaS platform, OmniPlatform. We help companies (big or small) deal with the complexities involved with hiring global teams remotely, by managing employee onboarding through to offboarding, including legal and compliance, payroll, expenses, and health and benefits.

We also practice what we preach! We are a fully remote company which means we have no head office. Our team of more than 150 people is located in more than 50 countries and territories around the world. This means you can work from anywhere. We provide benefits and support in any global location just as we would for our clients and their remote teams. What will you do? (The role)

1. Define, own and execute the Partnership strategy within the GTM team.
2. Lead a small team across EMEA and Americas, executing against the Partnership strategy you create alongside the Director, GTM.
3. Activate and accelerate Partnerships through various means. Define and execute joint activity plans to achieve our goals.
4. Target strategic Partners in new segments to help us launch new Products and propositions to international employment markets.
5. Support and enable your team, guiding them towards the most high impact Partnerships and activities to achieve our revenue goals and strategic outcomes.
6. Run experiments with different Partners and Partner types to test new ways of driving growth.
7. Work closely with our Marketing team to proactively manage our most successful Partners, creating joint activity and Marketing plans to help us reach our GTM goals.
8. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops and Product to drive growth.
