Established restaurant group seeking experienced Bartenders:

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
2. Excellent cocktail knowledge and mixology skills
3. Energetic and charismatic personality
4. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
6. Contactable references

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve listed cocktails and drinks
2. Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization
3. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons
4. Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service
6. Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions
7. Participate in wine and spirits training and education

• Tyger Valley, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
