We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to become part of our extraordinary team. What you will bring:

As our Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for several key areas, including:

  1. Project Management: Assist in the development and execution of various projects, ensuring they align with operational standards and enhance guest experiences.
  2. Aesthetic Oversight: Contribute to the overall aesthetics of the property, from interior design elements to staff presentation, ensuring a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
  3. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively for a successful outcome.
  4. Training Facilitation: Help coordinate training programs for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  2. Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
  3. Technical Skills: Computer literate with a minimum level 2 experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of Opera is essential; familiarity with ESP and Micros is beneficial.
  4. Experience: A diploma or degree in hospitality management or project management is advantageous; a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry is required.
