Front of House Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Hosting and welcoming customers.
• Order taking and serving.
• Administrative tasks such as cash up and stock take.
• Logistical tasks: Ensure stock levels are up to date and Operational Equipment is in working order.
• Running the restaurant independently with a focus on serving guests.

• Friendly and reliable.
• Experienced in waitering.
• Flexible.
