PFM Sales Representative Opportunity

PFM is offering an exciting opportunity for driven and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Gauteng team in the Johannesburg and Pretoria regions. Please only apply if you reside in the above-mentioned areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. External sales representation, merchandising, promotions and pricing
2. Constructing of POS (Point of Sale) and promoting sales by creatively building stands
3. Maintain and service existing clients
4. Oversee merchandisers within stores (including disciplinary action, leave and other administrative processes)
5. Follow a sales planning system including weekly call cycles that result in optimum utilisation of time and resources
6. Negotiation with store managers professionally and confidently, resulting in PFM attaining preferred shelf-space within retail stores
7. Provide feedback to management and communicate efficiently
8. Appropriately deal with trade-related issues or queries at store level
9. Continuously strive to improve self through the use of constructive criticism

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Your own reliable vehicle with insurance
2. Valid Driver's License
3. Valid Matric Certificate
4. Valid South African ID
5. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (FMCG experience would be advantageous)
6. Highly motivated and target driven
7. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
8. Strong communication and feedback skills
9. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
10. Ability to work independently and in a team
11. Maintaining a high level of professionalism
