Duties & Responsibilities

Job & Company Description: The successful candidate will take responsibility for financial planning and analysis, reporting, and cash management for business operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Continuous support to grow and develop local and foreign business
2. Ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies
3. Ensure the delivery of profit forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting
4. Business partnering, advising on strategic financial decisions for local and foreign markets
5. Consolidation of financial results
6. Championing forecast accuracy
7. Monitoring and evaluating category investment decisions
8. Leading business processes for investments and business cases

Education

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required

1. 3 to 5 years post articles experience within a FP&A focused position essential
2. Strong understanding of BI and data tools
3. Microsoft Excel modelling skills
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Strong presentation and communication skills
7. Ability to work with data and systems that support SOP processes
8. Strong business partnering skills
9. Business and financial acumen
10. Meticulous attention to detail
