Key Responsibilities :
Technical Consulting :
Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients employee benefits, including medical schemes, retirement funds, group risk, wellness programs, and more.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, gaps, and business opportunities within client portfolios.
- Perform annual reviews of benefits, offering cost comparisons and strategic solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients, demonstrating value and promoting best-fit healthcare solutions.
Ensure execution of strategies and services within designated timeframes.
- Monitor and manage service level agreements, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly HR / Payroll teams and executive management, to ensure continued satisfaction and service delivery.
Project Management :
Oversee and manage special projects, creating project plans, delegating tasks, and providing regular progress updates to relevant teams.
Professionalism :
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their healthcare needs.
- Adhere to high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and compliance with industry codes of conduct (e.g., FAIS).
Minimum Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on healthcare consulting and employee benefits.
- RE5 qualification (regulated by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act).
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technical tools.
- Own transport and a valid drivers license.
- Fluency in English and at least one other South African language.
