The Economic Research Testing role involves utilizing generative AI capabilities to create job requisition postings. Key responsibilities include:

1. Creating job requisitions using the New Job Requisition Redwood flow.
2. Utilizing the AI Assist feature to generate the posting description based on requisition title, department, and legal employer information.
3. Inputting at least 100 characters in the input box to enable the AI Assist button for better results.
4. Clicking AI Assist to populate the posting description fields, which include Short Description, Description, Responsibilities, and Qualifications.
5. Conducting research and data analysis related to the role.
