Eco tourism Guide

The Isle of Capri Cruises in Durban offers a variety of boat rides, including deep sea fishing, educational boat rides, booze cruises, ferry rides, and birthday parties. The company operates with 4 boats that are available for different types of cruises, with tickets sold online and at their offices at Wilson's Wharf on a first come first serve basis.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Eco-Tourism Guide located in Durban. The Eco-Tourism Guide will be responsible for guiding and educating tourists on eco-friendly practices during boat rides, ensuring safety measures are followed, and providing a memorable experience for guests.

• Knowledge of eco-friendly practices and wildlife conservation
• Experience in guiding or tour operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors and interact with a diverse group of people
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
• Knowledge of local marine life and ecosystems
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
