Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the service offering aligns with customer needs and identifying leads across the allocated Key Account Manager portfolios.
Resolving escalated inquiries or queries from Account Managers in a timely manner.
Ensuring client portfolios are efficiently serviced to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate data integrity for all client portfolios.
Assisting with the preparation and presentation of business proposals for existing and new customers.
Maintaining close working relationships with Account Managers to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Managing documentation and records in line with the customer’s document retention strategy, keeping clients informed of due dates.
Effectively handling and resolving issues, concerns, and complaints within your portfolio or for allocated clients.
Required Qualifications, Education & Experience:
A minimum of a 3-year B-Degree.
At least 6 years of solid experience in Sales, Channel, and Consumer Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on achieving results.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly computer literate with excellent organisational skills.
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
