Requirements:
A Professional Member of SACPCMP would be beneficial.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management/Built environment/Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of working experience with a significant portion of that working as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
Experience in carpentry, general construction, civils, Services, and paving
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Valid driver's licence Code 10
Willing to travel locally and internationally
Have a valid passport
Computer and project management software proficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the construction project from start to finish.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Participate in project planning and scheduling.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
