Call Centre Agent - Sales

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year Inbound/Outbound Sales experience.
• Strong objection handling and rapport building skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
• Computer literate.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience within a Contact Centre environment.
• Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe; must reside in Phoenix, Cornubia, or immediate surrounding areas.
• Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Excellent rapport building skills and empathetic.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Driven.

Remuneration:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5500 basic + Attendance bonus (R750) + uncapped commission
ON TARGET EARNINGS OF R15 000 - R20 000

Ability to commute:

• Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
